Can I batch-upload multiple files at once?
Yes, you can upload up to 50 files at a time. Alternatively, you can upload a zip, and we'll extract and process the files for you.
Can I upload files from my cloud storage?
Yes, you can! We have integrations with popular cloud storage services like Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, and Google Drive. Just select the desired platform and proceed.
Which cloud storage platforms are supported for direct importing?
We currently support direct imports from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box.
How do I upload files from my computer?
It's straightforward! From the Edit Expert section, go to the Data tab, select Files, and simply drag and drop your files. Once uploaded, your EveryAnswer Expert begins its training.
Do you keep a copy of my uploaded files?
You can choose when uploading whether to retain a copy of the files for citations or to have them deleted immediately after processing. Additionally, you can set this retention preference at both the Expert level and enterprise-wide.
Are there additional costs if I upload too many documents?
While there's no limit to the number of files you can upload, each EveryAnswer plan has a character limit. Given the generous capacity of each plan, it's unlikely you'll exceed this limit. However, if you do go over, we will notify you by email, and you can also easily view your usage in your account dashboard. Should you exceed the limit, you have three choices: pay for the extra amount you've used, upgrade your plan, or reduce your usage to fit within your current plan's limits.
Is there a limit to the size or number of files I can upload?
Each file should not exceed 100MB. You can upload up to 1GB of data in batches of 50 files at once.
I started uploading and lost my connection. Do I need to start over?
Not to worry! Our upload system supports resume, so you can pick up right where you left off.
How secure is my data?

How does the AI "understand" my documents?
Once imported, your documents converted to an AI-ready format. This ensures that the information is optimally processed and the AI can generate accurate responses based on the content.
