For languages with less online content available for training, responses might be less accurate or nuanced.

Admins have the capability to upload content in various languages to EveryAnswer. Once uploaded, EveryAnswer processes this content, translating it into data that the AI can understand and work with. When a user queries the system, EveryAnswer detects the user's language and provides a response in that language.
How does EveryAnswer detect and auto-translate a user's language?
EveryAnswer determines the user's language based on the language of the input query. Once the language is identified, the system uses its trained models to generate a response in that same language. If the system recognizes a query in Spanish, for example, it will automatically respond in Spanish. EveryAnswer is designed to automatically detect and respond in the language the user queries the Expert with. While the admin setting up the Expert can set a starting language, the system will adapt to the user's language for most interactions. However, there is an exception for Custom Content: fixed responses are not translated. In cases where fixed responses are set, the AI will send the predetermined response without any translation, regardless of the user's language.
