This document outlines how EveryAnswer collects, uses, and protects your personal information across our website and application. Applicable to all users, it covers data collection, usage, and security protocols to ensure your privacy and compliance with relevant laws.
EveryAnswer and its affiliates’ (“EveryAnswer” “we,” “us,” and “our”) goal is to make knowledge easily accessible to all. This Privacy Policy will help you understand how we collect, use and share your personal information and assist you in exercising the privacy rights available to you.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any processing by third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. It does apply to data received by EveryAnswer from such third-parties. In addition, a separate privacy notice, available upon request if it applies to you, governs processing relating to our current employees and contractors.
EveryAnswer's mission is to provide an AI platform that empowers organizations to create domain-specific "Experts." While delivering these services, we're committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users' data. This policy serves as a testament to that commitment and outlines the ways in which we handle user data. We encourage all users to review this policy regularly to stay informed about any updates or changes.
For clarity and ease of understanding, we've defined some of the terms used in this Privacy Policy:
For definitions not mentioned here, you may refer to our Terms of Service or other related documents that delve deeper into the specifics.
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with our Services.

We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.
We use Google Analytics and other service providers to collect and process analytics information on our Services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

When users initiate conversations with our AI experts, they have the option to invite other users to join the conversation. By doing so, invited users gain access to the entire conversation history, which could include personal information. It's essential for users to be aware of the data they're sharing within these conversations, especially if they choose to involve others.
By default, admins do not have access to view individual user conversations. However, organizations can choose to enable this feature, allowing certain admins to view conversations. While the identity of the user isn't directly shown, there's potential for admins to deduce who the user might be based on the timing, context, or specific details within the conversation. Users should be informed if their organization has decided to enable this feature.
Conversations within EveryAnswer are private and aren't available for public viewing. However, users have the capability to share conversation transcripts or screenshots externally. EveryAnswer has no control over such actions, so users should exercise caution when deciding to share any conversation details publicly.
EveryAnswer may collaborate with service providers to enhance its offerings. These collaborations could involve:(i) Enhancing EveryAnswer's platform and features;(ii) Delivering informational content or services;(iii) Marketing and promotional initiatives;(iv) Transaction processing;(v) Customer service assistance;(vi) IT and associated services;(vii) Distributing EveryAnswer's platform through different channels.
Organizations that utilize EveryAnswer can choose certain settings that affect user privacy. For instance, organizations can decide whether to allow certain administrators access to user conversations. Users should be informed about their organization's privacy settings and how it might affect their personal data.
If a user provides explicit consent, EveryAnswer might share personal details with third-party platforms or services. Users should always be informed and make conscious decisions regarding third-party integrations.
EveryAnswer may disclose user information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies if deemed essential. Reasons might include legal compliance, protection of rights and property, enforcing EveryAnswer's policies, or safeguarding against financial loss.
In events like mergers, acquisitions, or other forms of asset transfers, user data might be involved in the transaction, adhering to business interests and legal stipulations.
EveryAnswer values the feedback and experiences of its users. From time to time, we may showcase testimonials on our platform or in our promotional materials. Before sharing any testimonial publicly, we always obtain explicit permission from the individual providing the testimonial. Once given permission, the testimonial, along with any personal details provided by the user (e.g., name, designation), may be displayed for public viewing. Users should be aware that, once shared, testimonials become public information, and anyone can view or share them. We encourage users to think carefully before granting permission for their testimonials and associated details to be published.
You have the autonomy to decide and opt out of specific uses of your personal information when interacting with EveryAnswer.
Should you receive a marketing email that you didn't wish for from EveryAnswer, utilize the 'unsubscribe' link at the email's bottom. This will prevent any future marketing emails. However, you'll still get transaction-related emails about services or products you've inquired about. Moreover, there are essential non-promotional communications regarding EveryAnswer and its services which you'll continue to receive, and these aren't available for opt-out (like updates to our Services, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy).
If you're using the EveryAnswer app, you might receive push notifications. You can opt out from these at any time by modifying the settings on your mobile device.
EveryAnswer respects your right to choose whether to accept or reject cookies. For users in regions like the European Economic Area, the UK, or Canada, you can modify your cookie preferences, which are accessible anytime by clicking "Manage Cookies" within our platform. If direct deletion or anonymization isn't feasible (like when the data resides in backup archives), we ensure that the data is securely stored, separated from regular processing, until its deletion becomes viable. While you have the option to request the deletion of your personal information as mentioned in "Your Privacy Rights", it's essential to note that this would necessitate deleting your EveryAnswer account, as we rely on your personal data to manage and maintain your account.

Our platform employs advanced encryption methods and other protective mechanisms to safeguard user information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Services. In the unlikely event of a security breach compromising user data, EveryAnswer is committed to notifying affected users. If we become aware of a security system's breach, we will attempt to notify you electronically, either by posting a notice on our platform, by mail, or by sending an email to you, ensuring you are well-informed and can take the necessary precautions.

Additionally, our app provides citations based on sites that the admins designate as data sources. These external links are provided for user convenience and informational purposes, but we do not have control over these third-party services.
