In this tutorial, you will learn how to downgrade an Expert Subscription in EveryAnswer.

1. Introduction

First, we’ll navigate to the billing section and locate the downgrade option.

2. Go to Billing

In the left menu under settings, click “Billing”.

3. Locate the Downgrade Option

On the Subscriptions tab, find the down arrow beside the description you want to downgrade.

4. Approve the Change

In the popup, chose the plan you wish to downgrade to, and click “Approve Changes” to confirm the subscription downgrade.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully downgraded your Expert’s Subscription in EveryAnswer. The plan you had before downgrading will remain active until the end of the month, and the downgraded plan will take effect starting next month.
