EveryAnswer allows organizations to create AI-powered chatbots called "Experts" that provide instant answers to users. This guide will help you get started with EveryAnswer, walking you through the basics from signing up for an account to sharing your first Expert.
Once logged in, you will be prompted to create your first Expert. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our Creating an Expert page.
Your Expert can respond accurately only if it is well-trained with the right data sources. Below are the steps to add data to your Expert:
Admins can use any public website or webpage as a datasource. Simply enter the URL, and EveryAnswer will detect child pages and import them. Follow our guide on Importing Data from Public Websites for more details.
You can upload files from your local computer or from cloud data sources such as Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, and Google Drive. Detailed steps can be found on the File Data Source page.
Admins can create specific question and answer pairs for more targeted responses. These can include static responses, context-based answers, or forms. More information is available on our Questions and Answers Data Source page.
This allows you to input up to 1000 characters of general knowledge that your Expert will check first when answering questions. Follow our guide on General Knowledge Data Source for detailed instructions.
If your Expert cannot find an answer from the provided data sources, it will use general AI knowledge to respond. Details are available on the General AI Knowledge page.
Decide how you want to share your Expert based on the intended audience:
Add users by their email address, and they will receive an invitation to create an account. This option is ideal for secure, private access.
Generate a link that can be shared. Anyone with the link can access the Expert anonymously.
You can embed the Expert as a hovering pop-up chat widget or an iframe on your website. This allows website visitors to access the Expert anonymously. For more details, refer to Embedding Experts on Your Website.
You can use your Expert for free forever on our starter plan. Upgrade if you need more conversations, storage, or wish to remove the Powered by EveryAnswer badge. For more information, visit our Plans & Pricing page.
