Introduction

Welcome to EveryAnswer! This guide will help you navigate the platform effectively. Whether you're managing your Experts, organizing workspaces, or adjusting settings, understanding EveryAnswer's menu and its features is essential for a seamless experience.

Main Navigation

The main navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen. Here, you'll find everything you need to manage your EveryAnswer account and its various components.

Left Menu

  • My Experts: This section lists all the Experts you have access to. You can toggle your favorite Experts by clicking the star next to the Expert's name.
  • Workspace Selector: This dropdown allows you to switch between different workspaces or create a new one by selecting + New Workspace.
  • Settings: This section provides access to various management screens, including:
  • Help Center: Provides access to the Help Center for support and documentation.
  • {First} {Last Name}: Clicking your name opens your Profile where you can manage personal settings and activity logs.
  • Logout: Logs you out of EveryAnswer.

Home Page

On the Home Page, you'll see an overview of the Experts you have access to. They are categorized into different sections for better organization.

Sections on the Home Page

  • Recently Used: This section shows the Experts you recently interacted with.
  • Favorites: Displays the Experts you have marked as favorites.
  • All Experts: Lists all the Experts you have access to, excluding those already shown under the other categories.
  • Search Experts: Use this textbox to filter and find specific Experts.

Manage Experts

To manage Experts, navigate to Settings > Experts. This screen provides a detailed view of all Experts within the workspace.

Experts Table

  • Expert: Displays the image and name of the Expert.
  • Plan: Shows the plan the Expert is on.
  • Conversations: Number of conversations used out of the total available in the plan.
  • Characters: Amount of storage used out of the total available.
  • Users: Number of users with access to this Expert.
  • Edit Icon (Pencil): Click to edit the Expert's details.

Manage Users

User management is accessible via Settings > Users. This section allows you to handle user access, roles, and more.

All Users Tab

  • Name: The name of the user.
  • Email Address: The user's email address.
  • Role: The user's role within the workspace.
  • Experts: Number of Experts the user has access to.
  • Conversations: Number of conversations the user has had.
  • Last Activity: The last time the user logged in or used EveryAnswer.
  • Edit Icon (Pencil): Click to edit the user's details.

Pending Invitations Tab

  • Email Address: Email address of the person invited.
  • Invited To: The Experts they were invited to.
  • Invited On: The date they were invited.
  • Resend Invitation: Resend the invitation email.
  • Cancel Invitation: Cancel the pending invitation.

Activity Log Tab

  • Date: The date and time of the event.
  • User: The first and last name of the user who performed the event.
  • Action: Indicates actions like Login, Logout, Add, Edit, or Delete.
  • Type: Specifies if the action was related to a User, Expert, Data, Setting, etc.
  • Expert: Shows the Expert affected if applicable.
  • IP Address: The IP address from where the event occurred.
  • Location: The location based on the IP address.
  • View Icon (Eye): Click to view full details of the event.

Manage Billing

Billing management is accessible via Settings > Billing. This section includes various tabs to manage subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods.

Subscriptions Tab

  • Subscriptions Pending Approval: Displays Experts with pending subscription approvals.
  • All Subscriptions: Lists all subscriptions except those pending approval.

Invoices Tab

  • Invoice: The invoice number.
  • Invoice Month: The month the invoice was generated.
  • Amount: The total amount of the invoice.
  • Status: The status of the invoice.
  • PO Number: The purchase order number if applicable.
  • Download Icon: Click to download a copy of the invoice.

Payment Methods Tab

  • Payment Method Issues: Displays payment methods with issues like declined or expired cards.
  • Default Payment Method: Allows setting the primary payment card for new Experts.
  • Payment Methods: Lists all payment methods on file.

Settings Tab

  • Organization Name: The name that will appear on invoices.
  • Email Address to Send Invoices: Email addresses where copies of invoices will be sent.

Help Center

The Help Center provides comprehensive support and information for EveryAnswer users. Access it from the left menu to find tutorials, documentation, and more.

Help Center Sections

  • Contact Support: Click the Contact Support button to create a new support case.
  • Ask the Expert: Use this feature to ask an AI Expert trained on EveryAnswer for instant answers.

Tabs in the Help Center

  • Home: Contains cards linking to various Help Center pages.
  • My Cases: Lists support cases with details like case number, subject, status, and more.
  • Tutorials: A categorized collection of tutorials.
  • Documentation: A categorized collection of documentation pages.
  • Roadmap: Displays the EveryAnswer roadmap where you can submit ideas and view planned and in-progress features.
  • Release Notes: Lists detailed release notes for each update.
  • Service Health: Shows the overall service health of EveryAnswer.

My Profile

You can manage your personal settings and view activity logs by clicking your name in the left menu. This will open the My Profile section.

User Settings

  • General: Update your profile picture, email address, first name, last name, country, and time zone.
  • Security: View your security role and reset your password.

My Experts

  • Favorite (Star): Indicates if the Expert is a favorite. Click to toggle.
  • Expert: The name of the Expert.
  • Description: A brief description of the Expert.
  • Role: Your role for that Expert.
  • Hide / Unhide: Click to hide or unhide the Expert from view.

Activity Log

  • Date: The date and time of the event.
  • Action: Actions such as Login, Logout, Add, Edit, or Delete.
  • Type: Specifies if the action relates to a User, Expert, Data, Setting, etc.
  • Expert: Shows the Expert affected if applicable.
  • IP Address: The IP address from where the event occurred.
  • Location: The location based on the IP address.
  • View Icon (Eye): Click to view full details of the event.

Workspace Management

Workspaces help you organize your Experts and users. You can switch between or create new workspaces using the Workspace Selector.

Where can I view and edit user details?
You can view and edit user details by navigating to the 'Settings' menu and selecting 'Users'. In the 'All Users' tab, you'll see a list of users with their name, email address, role, number of Experts they have access to, conversations, last activity, and an Edit option (pencil icon).
How can I manage pending user invitations?
To manage pending user invitations, go to the 'Settings' menu and select 'Users'. In the 'Pending Invitations' tab, you'll see a list of invitations with the recipient's email address, the Experts they were invited to, the invitation date, and options to resend or cancel the invitation.
What information is available in the Activity Log?
The Activity Log, accessible from the 'Settings' menu under 'Users', provides a detailed audit trail of events. It includes columns for date, user, action, type, Expert (if applicable), IP address, location, and a view details option (eye icon).
What options are available in the 'Subscriptions' tab under Manage Billing?
In the 'Subscriptions' tab, you'll find sections for 'Subscriptions Pending Approval' and 'All Subscriptions'. These sections display details like Expert names, plans, created dates, creators, trial status, payment methods, and options to approve or edit subscriptions.
Can I download a copy of my invoices?
Yes, you can download a copy of your invoices from the 'Invoices' tab under Manage Billing. Each invoice has a download icon that you can click to save a copy of the invoice to your device.
Where can I find support and resources in EveryAnswer?
You can find extensive support and resources in the Help Center, accessible from the left menu. The Help Center includes sections such as Home, My Cases, Tutorials, Documentation, Roadmap, Release Notes, and Service Health.
How do I access my profile settings?
To access your profile settings, click on your name in the left menu. This will open 'My Profile', where you can manage your user settings, experts, and view your activity log.
What information can I update in my profile's General settings?
In the General settings of your profile, you can update your profile picture, email address, first and last name, country, and time zone. Changes are saved instantly as you edit each field.
How can I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the 'Security' subtab in your profile's User Settings. Here, you'll find a 'Reset Password' option that sends a password reset email to your registered email address.
