Shareable Links

Introduction

EveryAnswer allows organizations to easily share their AI-powered Experts through shareable links. This feature allows you to provide access to your Experts without requiring a login. This means that anyone with the link can access the Expert anonymously. The shareable link directs users to a webpage hosted in EveryAnswer where the Expert can be accessed.

How to Get the Shareable Link

Obtaining the shareable link for your Expert is simple. Follow the steps below:

1. In the left-hand navigation, under Settings, click Experts.
2. From the list of Experts, click the pencil icon on the Expert you'd like to edit.
3. Click on the Share & Embed tab.
4. Click on the Shareable Link sub-tab.
5. Copy the link under the heading SHAREABLE LINK.

Sharing the Link

Once you have copied the shareable link, you can share it in several ways:

• Email: Paste the link into an email and send it to your mailing list or specific individuals.
• Social Media: Share the link on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach a wider audience.
• Website: Add the link to your website to provide easy access for your visitors.
• Printed Materials: Include the link in printed materials such as brochures, flyers, or posters.

Customizing Colors and Branding

To maintain brand consistency, you can customize the colors and branding of the Expert's shareable link page.

Customizing the Logo

The logo on the share page defaults to the EveryAnswer logo, but you can change this to your own logo. Follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand navigation, under Settings, click Experts.
2. From the list of Experts, click the pencil icon on the Expert you'd like to edit.
3. Click on the Share & Embed tab.
4. Click on the Shareable Link sub-tab.
5. Upload your logo.

Customizing Interface Settings

You can also customize the interface settings to match your brand identity:

1. In the left-hand navigation, under Settings, click Experts.
2. From the list of Experts, click the pencil icon on the Expert you'd like to edit.
3. Click on the Share & Embed tab.
4. Click on the Interface Settings sub-tab.

Notes on Shareable Links

Experts accessed via shareable links do not require authentication and are anonymous. This means anyone with access to the webpage can interact with the Expert and ask questions based on the information it contains.
