Introduction

Welcome to the detailed overview of Private Experts within EveryAnswer. This guide will help you understand how to create, manage, and secure Private Experts. By following this documentation, you will ensure that your Experts are accessible only to authorized users while maintaining high standards of data security and privacy.

Creating and Managing Private Experts

EveryAnswer makes it easy for you to create and share your Experts securely and privately. Here's how:

Access to Private Experts

Users can access Experts privately via the EveryAnswer platform. To ensure data stays private, users must log in to EveryAnswer to access the Experts. This ensures that only invited users can interact with the specific Experts.

Permissions and User Access

Permissions to access Experts are managed at the Expert level. Being part of a Workspace does not automatically grant access to all Experts within that Workspace. Users must be specifically invited to each Expert they are allowed to interact with. Admins have extensive control over user access to Experts, facilitating granular permission settings.

Resuming Conversations

Users can see their past conversations with Experts within the platform. This feature also allows users to resume their previous interactions seamlessly, ensuring continuous and coherent communication.

Admin Controls and Privacy Settings

Admins play a crucial role in managing data security and privacy settings for Experts. Here’s what you can do as an Admin:

Data Security and Privacy

Admins can control various aspects of data security and privacy settings for each Expert. This includes managing who has access to an Expert and ensuring that data remains secure and confidential. Admins can also restrict Experts from being shared publicly, making sure they stay private.

Specific Invites

Admins can invite users specifically to each Expert, enhancing security by ensuring only authorized users have access. This invitation-based system adds an extra layer of control over the interaction between users and Experts.

Navigating the EveryAnswer Platform

To access your Private Experts, navigate through the secure multi-user interface of EveryAnswer. Here’s how:

Logging In

All users must log in to EveryAnswer to access the platform. This ensures that any interaction with the Experts is secure and trackable.

Viewing Accessible Experts

Within the secure platform, users can see all the Experts they have access to. If you do not see a specific Expert, it means you haven’t been given access yet.

Creating New Conversations

Once logged in, users can create new conversations with the Experts they have access to. Simply select the Expert and start your discussion.

Embedding and Public Sharing

While the primary focus here is on Private Experts, EveryAnswer also supports other options:

However, if your aim is to keep the Experts private, you can restrict these features through admin settings to ensure they remain accessible only via the secure EveryAnswer platform.

Note

There isn't a toggle or type of Expert called a Private Expert. We are merely referring to an internal secure way to access Experts via EveryAnswer’s secure multi-user interface.
